IMS Overview

A1 IMS has an Integrated Management Systems which include policies and procedures that meet the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008, AS/NZS 4801:2001 and ISO 14001:2004. This system is designed to produce quality outcomes and covers every aspect of our work including planning, design, development, production, delivery and review.

We value our people and protect their health and safety by providing safe workplaces. In order to reduce hazards and risk, we will comply with all applicable legal and other requirements which relate to health and safety and environmental aspects. The effectiveness of all sections of our IMS will be regular reviewed and improve in such structure of achieving best practice and fulfilling the expectation of our clients. We will create awareness to enhance our employee’s knowledge of the company’s commitments and their own personal responsibilities in Quality Environmental and Health and Safety.

Coordination of our IMS is the Responsibility of the Managing Director. Maintenance and management of the systems has been delegated to IMS Representatives. Organization charts are used to clearly show the various IMS responsibilities in A1 IMS.
